Then the report says so. Some businesses already answer fast and ask for reviews; if that's you, you keep the report and we part as friends.
They still will. The text only goes out when you can't pick up. It says it's an automated assistant writing for your business, and you get a text alert for every missed call and booking. You call back when you're free; in the meantime, the customer didn't call the next company.
You probably do call back — the question is how fast, and how many people wait. A caller who waits often calls someone else. This makes sure they get a text from your business automatically, even when you're mid-job.
No. The missed-call text works directly off the phone number you already give out — no CRM required. If you have a list of past customers, reactivating them is a separate, higher plan that we quote on the call.

No. The text only goes to someone who just called you, as a reply to their own call. The first message names your business, says it comes from an automated assistant, and they can reply STOP at any time.
